Apollo Global Acquires Career Partner To Expand In Germany

(RTTNews) - Apollo Education Group, Inc. (APOL) Friday said its wholly-owned subsidiary Apollo Global, Inc. acquired Career Partner GmbH or CPG for 96 million euros or about $105 million, plus a contingent cash payment of up to 11 million euros, calculated principally based on Career Partner's operating results for calendar year 2016.

CPG is a full service provider of human resource development and private higher education in Germany. The deal was effected on December 10.

The acquisition is expected to be value accretive to Apollo Education Group and its shareholders.
