Bryan Benjamin Joins The Conference Board of Canada as Vice-President, Organizational Performance

OTTAWA, Oct. 3, 2017 /CNW/ - The Conference Board of Canada is pleased to announce that Bryan Benjamin has joined its executive team as Vice-President, Organizational Performance, bringing extensive experience in leadership, talent development and workforce transformation.

Bryan will lead the Organizational Performance division, which includes The Niagara Institute and The Directors College. His portfolio covers research areas such as: total rewards and labour relations; human resources and inclusive workplace cultures; workplace health, wellness, and safety; HR transformation; organizational excellence, learning, and leadership; corporate responsibility, sustainability, and stakeholder relations; and governance, compliance, and risk.

Since 2001, Bryan has held progressively senior leadership roles with Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge (formerly Knightsbridge). Most recently, he was Managing Director, Talent and Leadership Development, where he was accountable for the strategic direction and leadership of the division in Canada. His previous role with Knightsbridge was as Vice-President, Operations, where he provided oversight for all aspects of practice operations in Canada and the United States and led the business development and delivery teams related to work in succession management, assessment, leadership development, change management, culture, team effectiveness and coaching. Bryan has also worked as a client partner with Penna Consulting in the United Kingdom and supported corporate restructuring and downsizing projects as a consultant with KPMG.

His professional experience is supported by a solid academic background. Bryan holds a Masters in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a post graduate diploma in HR Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor in Psychology from Bishop's University. Bryan is a Certified Human Resource Leader and active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
