The demonstration will consist of IBM Storwize ® V7000 with IBM Spectrum Virtualize™ and Chelsio T6 iSCSI and iWARP RDMA hardware protocol offload using 25 Gigabit Ethernet to reduce latency and enhance application performance. While the range of block-based applications can see performance improvements, latency-sensitive applications, such as on-line transaction processing applications, can expect a greater increase in their performance.
