Ctrip.com Q4 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (CTRP reported that its fourth-quarter net income attributable to shareholders increased to RMB 261.48 million or RMB 6.74 per share, from RMB 192.55 million or RMB 5.51 per share, a year ago. Earnings per ADS was RMB 1.68, compared to RMB 1.38, last year. Excluding share-based compensation charges, net income attributable to shareholders was RMB 368 million, up 20% year-on-year. Excluding charges, earnings per ADS were RMB 2.36, or $0.39, for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Net revenues increased to RMB 1.44 billion, from RMB 1.10 billion, prior year. For the first quarter of 2014, the company expects to continue the net revenue growth year-on-year at a rate of approximately 25%-30%.
