David Palumbo Named President of CTB/McGraw-Hill
NEW YORK, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- David Palumbo has been named President of CTB/McGraw-Hill, the nation's leading publisher of standardized assessments for pre-school, elementary, middle, high school, and adult education.

With over 20 years of educational, business and technology expertise, David is uniquely qualified to lead CTB/McGraw-Hill as the need for our assessment services continues to grow globally," said Henry Hirschberg, president of McGraw-Hill Education.
Mr. Palumbo will report to Mostafa Mehrabani, president of McGraw-Hill Assessment and Reporting. Prior to joining CTB, Mr. Palumbo was Vice President and Global Practice Lead of the Learning Services and Knowledge Management Practice of Sapient Corporation. David Taggart who has led CTB over many years will assist David Palumbo as he makes the transition into his new role.
Mr. Palumbo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Michigan -- Ann Arbor and a Master of Arts and Doctorate in Educational Psychology from West Virginia University.
