New letting success in Sternhöhe (Stuttgart)

Hamburg, December 18, 2018 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces two new rental successes in its property Sternhöhe (Epplestrasse 225, Stuttgart-Möhringen). On the one hand a new rental agreement was signed for an area of approximately 5,400 square metres, on the other hand, an existing rental agreement with an area of 6,800 square metres was extended. The new rental agreement generates an annual rental income of around EUR 1.0 million and has a term of six years. With this new lease, 71% of the 13,000 square metres, that will become vacant in the office campus as of December 31, 2018, have already been re-let.
