Dr. Schulze's American Botantical Pharmacy Powers Expanding Business with Datavantage/CommercialWare
Datavantage/CommercialWare, a wholly owned subsidiary of MICROS Systems,

announced that its CWSerenade solution is providing Dr. Schulze’s
American Botanical Pharmacy with flexible order management, more
efficient fulfillment functionality, and personalized customer service.
With the implementation of CWSerenade, Dr. Schulze’s
American Botanical Pharmacy, which ships 1,000 packages per day on
average, is able to accept, fulfill and efficiently handle all changes
to customer orders, gaining greater cross channel efficiency,
scalability, and improving the customer experience.
Dr. Schulze’s American Botanical Pharmacy,
based in Marina Del Rey, California, manufactures and sells Dr. Schulze’s
clinically proven Organic and Wild Harvested Herbal Formulae. The

CWSerenade is a Java-based, feature-rich solution with seven

to all customer and inventory information through the entire transaction
lifecycle. They further allow the retailer to collect and manage

notification reminding the representative to call back customers under
