Electronics For Imaging Buys Lector Computer Systeme - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Electronics for Imaging Inc. (EFII), a worldwide provider of products, technology and services leading the transformation of analog to digital imaging, announced it has acquired Lector Computersysteme GmbH, a print management information system developer based in Mönchengladbach, Germany. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company does not expect the acquisition to be material to its fourth-quarter of or full-year 2013 results.

Lector is a provider of German-language MIS software. Electronics for Imaging expects the acquisition will strengthen its MIS leadership position in Europe.
