EVRY ASA: Mandatory report of trade

(Oslo 4 March 2014) EVRY ASA operates a Long Term Incentive Program for key employees. As part of this program, the following employees have purchased shares;

EVP Wiljar I. Nesse has purchased 20 502 shares, and following this transaction owns 112 066 shares.

EVP Håvard Larsen has purchased 17 110 shares, and following this transaction owns 93 389 shares.

EVP Niclas Ekblad has purchased 27 958 shares, and following this transaction owns 153 968 shares.

SVP Morten Søgård has purchased 19 555 shares, and following this transaction owns 85 886 shares.

EVP Anne-Cecilie Fagerlie has purchased 19 555 shares, and following this transaction owns 19 555 shares.

All the purchases were carried out at a price of NOK 10.23 per share.
