Fabege: Management team strengthened to sharpen focus on customers

Regulatory News:

Fabege (STO:FABGA) is focusing on deepening its relations with existing customers and is now strengthening its management team with the appointment of Charlotta Liljefors Rosell as the new Director of Properties. This new recruitment will enable Urban Sjölund to focus more proactively on letting issues and on cultivation of new customers.

Charlotta Liljefors Rosell joins Fabege from her partner-owned consultancy firm, prior to which she was Head of Commercial Properties at AMF Fastigheter. She has also held executive positions at Vasakronan and AP Fastigheter.

"Naturally, we are delighted that a person with such a solid background as Charlotta is joining us. She will favourably complement the already strong executive management team,” says Christian Hermelin, President and CEO of Fabege.

Charlotta Liljefors Rosell will start her employment on 11 August 2014.
