Prior to implementing the Workforce Central suite, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters was using a variety of systems and outsourced its payroll. The organization realized it needed to update and consolidate its systems to remain a high-performance organization. The Kronos solution has enabled the organization to consolidate its different workforce management systems into one, thereby reducing the cost of ownership.
Improving employee satisfaction and productivity
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters has transferred the majority of its policies and procedures to the Web, helping the organization move to a paperless HR department. Employees can access W2 forms, training schedules, and other personal information online, which improves employee productivity and satisfaction.
