Hotel Chains Ranked: Hilton Still The Cream Of The Crop

(RTTNews) - Guests remain enamored with Hilton, according to a recent report from the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

The survey was based on randomly sampled interviews with recent hotel guests, among six types of hotels including luxury, upper upscale, upscale, upper midscale, midscale and economy.

The hotel industry is doing some things particularly well. Guests were very satisfied with the ease of making reservations and check-in, the courtesy and helpfulness of hotel staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of their rooms.

On the other hand, many were dissatisfied with loyalty programs, amenities such as pools, spas, fitness rooms, and/or business centers, food service quality and in-room entertainment options.
