Infogrames Entertainment: New Organization of Senior Management

Regulatory News: At its meeting today, the Infogrames Entertainment (Paris:IFG) (NASDAQ:ATAR) board of directors approved decisions in connection with the Group’s top management. As a consequence of Patrick Leleu’s appointment as chairman and chief executive officer, the deputy chief operating officers were terminated, and Patrick has subsequently appointed: Thomas Schmider as deputy chief operating officer in charge of strategy and development ("DGA”), Jean-Michel Perbet as deputy chief operating officer in charge of distribution ("DGA”),. The board of directors also announced that it was in the process of appointing a new deputy chief operating officer for publishing and production (including the management of the group’s intellectual properties and product development). Infogrames Entertainment is seeking to make its board more independent and has announced that it has begun the process of bringing new members to its board of directors.
