LCC Launches Mobile Content End-User QoS Testing Services Through Global Alliance with Zandan

Announcement Expands LCC's Presence within Mobile Operators, Extends Reach into MVNO's and Mobile Content Providers, Achieves Milestone by Entering into Mobile Content Testing and Services

LCC International Inc. (NASDAQ: LCCI), a global leader in wirelessvoice and data turn-key services, and Zandan, a leader in mobilecustomer experience management, announced today a strategic alliancewhereby LCC International will develop a set of integrated offeringsthat bundle Zandan solutions with LCC's wireless consulting services.This marks a key milestone in LCC's plan to provide integratedsolutions to wireless operators who are seeking to deliver highquality mobile content to their customers.

Zandan's active customer simulation solutions are used within theentire mobile service life cycle: from interactive testing,service/device acceptance, live monitoring, alerting andtroubleshooting, to Quality of Service (QoS) and Service LevelAgreement (SLA) management, and customer intelligence. This agreementenhances LCC's ability to assist wireless operators, MVNO's and mobilecontent providers seeking to maximize service quality of the end-userexperience and to measure end-user QoS across advanced technologiessuch as EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, EV-DO, Wi-MAX as well as the handsetsattached to those networks.
