Lexington Insurance Company Forms London-Based Casualty Mid-Layer Excess Unit

Lexington Insurance Company, a member company of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), today announced its London operation has formed a new Casualty Mid Excess unit offering $50 million in capacity. The unit will focus on non-lead layer excess casualty programs with attachment points of $25 million or greater. The new capacity will not diminish existing capacity already committed on a risk layered program from Lexington.
