MediWound Prices IPO At $14.00/shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - MediWound Ltd., a fully-integrated, biopharmaceutical company developing, manufacturing and commercializing innovative therapies to address unmet needs in severe burn and wound management, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5.00 million ordinary shares at a price to the public of $14.00 per share.

In a regulatory filing on March 3, 2014, the company said it expected the public offering price to be between $14.00 and $16.00 per share.

The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on March 20, 2014 under the symbol "MDWD."

The company today said it has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares at the initial public offering price.
