New number of shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 165 652 shares and the number of votes has increased by 165 652. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 635 644 591 of which 623 894 148 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 625 069 192. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 955 747 348.15 after the increase.
