Northern Vertex Announces Private Placement Extension to Close Additional Tranche

VANCOUVER, Jan. 18, 2019 /CNW/ - Northern Vertex Mining Corp. (TSX.V: NEE) (OTC Nasdaq Intl.: NHVCF) (the "Company" or "Northern Vertex") announces that, further to its news releases dated December 6, 2018 and December 12, 2018, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted an extension to February 19, 2019 for filing final documentation in respect of the Company's previously announced private placement.
