Oceaneering Announces the Promotion of Janet G. Charles to Vice President of Human Resources

HOUSTON, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oceaneering International, Inc. announced the promotion of Janet G. Charles to Vice President of Human Resources.

Ms. Charles has 13 years of oil and gas industry experience. She joined Oceaneering in 1994 as a member of the Investor Relations group and later transferred to and has managed the Human Resources group for six years. She is a graduate of Nicholls State University.
