Ossur Hf: Settlement and cross-license agreement between Otto Bock and Össur

Otto Bock HealthCare GmbH and Otto Bock HealthCare LP (collectively, "Otto Bock"), and Össur hf and Össur Americas, Inc. (collectively, "Össur"), today announced that Otto Bock and Össur have entered into a confidential settlement and cross-license agreement that fully resolves the lawsuit and the inter partes review proceeding pending between the parties, both of which relate to U.S. Patent No. 6,726,726.
