(OTC Gray: PNPL) (the "Company"), a publicly traded company that offers consulting, technology, investments, turn-key property rentals and branding concepts to businesses in the legal cannabis industry, today announced today that its Registration Statement on Form-10 is anticipated to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the month of July, per representations made to the Company by its auditors, accounting professionals, and attorneys.
