Scotia Strategic ETF Portfolios Opens the Market

TORONTO, June 13, 2018 /CNW/ - Glen Gowland, Executive Vice President, Global Wealth Management, Scotiabank, joined Loui Anastasopoulos, President, Capital Formation & TSX Trust, TMX Group, to open the market to celebrate the launch of their initial suite of four Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs): Scotia Strategic Fixed Income ETF Portfolio (SFIX); Scotia Strategic Canadian Equity ETF Portfolio (SCAD); Scotia Strategic U.S. Equity ETF Portfolio (SUSA); and Scotia Strategic International Equity ETF Portfolio (SINT). These ETF Portfolios are managed by 1832 Asset Management L.P., a limited partnership the general partner of which is wholly owned by The Bank of Nova Scotia. SFIX; SCAD; SUSA; and SINT commenced trading on Toronto Stock Exchange on May 30, 2018.
