SmartDisk Appoints Andrew Warner as Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining SmartDisk, Mr. Warner held the position of ChiefExecutive Officer of Zio Corporation, a private, digital consumerelectronics company acquired by SmartDisk on September 1, 2005. Priorto Zio, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SCM Microsystems Inc.,a public company in the security and digital electronics markets.While at SCM, Mr. Warner also held the position of President of thatcompany's digital media and video business unit. A native of theUnited Kingdom, Mr. Warner has held a number of financial managementpositions in both the US and the UK, including Chief Financial Officerof Dazzle Multimedia, a designer and manufacturer of digital videohardware and software.
