The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. Elects Kevin Bradicich to Board of Directors
WORCESTER, Mass., Feb. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. (NYSE: THG) today announced Kevin Bradicich has been elected to the company's board of directors, effective immediately. Bradicich, 60, recently retired from his role as senior partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he worked for almost 35 years.
Bradicich was a leader in McKinsey's global insurance group and previously led McKinsey's North American property and casualty insurance practice, helping drive transformative growth for diverse global clients. He worked extensively with all aspects of insurance, including reinsurance, brokerage, property and casualty, life and health, and primary and alternative risk.
"Kevin is a seasoned insurance leader with broad and impressive experience in the property and casualty space," said P. Kevin Condron, chairman of the board of directors at The Hanover. "He brings a vast knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing insurance companies today. We are very pleased to have Kevin join our board. "
Separately, The Hanover announced that Richard H. Booth will retire from the board, effective following the company's 2018 annual shareholders meeting, to devote more time to other professional endeavors.

Over the course of his career at McKinsey, Bradicich served in a number of global leadership roles and led claims knowledge development, core roundtables and people processes. He worked closely with major constituencies, including regulators, the U.S. government and various insurance associations. Bradicich aided in the development of new strategies and organizations, and has specific expertise in InsureTechs, claims, underwriting, and risk management, as well as digital, cybersecurity, and analytics.
Bradicich earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Princeton University and his Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago.
