Mexico, June 10, 2016 -- Moody's de Mexico has downgraded the long-term global local and foreign currency deposit ratings and the global local currency senior debt rating of Banco Interacciones, S.A. (Interacciones) to Ba2 from Ba1. In addition, the rating agency downgraded Interacciones' Mexican national scale long-term local currency deposit and senior debt ratings to A2.mx from A1.mx. Moody's also lowered the bank's baseline credit assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA to ba3 from ba2, and its long and short term counterparty risk assessments to Ba1 (cr)/Not Prime(cr) from Baa3(cr)/Prime-3(cr). The bank's outlook is stable.
