New York, October 09, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed the ratings of five US regional banks: Amarillo National Bank (Issuer Rating Baa1); BOK Financial Corporation (Issuer Rating A2); Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. (Issuer Rating A2); Hancock Holding Company (Issuer Rating Baa1); and Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (Issuer Rating Baa3). These five US regional banks have comparatively large energy-lending concentrations. Following the affirmations, Moody's changed the rating outlooks to negative from stable. The rating actions were:
