New York, November 30, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today changed the outlooks of three Argentine provinces and one municipality issuer ratings --on both local and in foreign currencies- to positive from stable while affirming their current issuer and debt ratings --on both Global/National scales and in local and in foreign currency-. This rating action follows Moody's Investors Service outlook change to positive from stable on Argentina's Caa1 issuer rating announced November 24th., 2015.
