New York, September 12, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Mani Brothers 801 Tower (DE), LLC c/o Mani Brothers Real Estate, the Borrower for the 801 South Figueroa Street Loan mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
