New York, May 21, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of the Series 2014-VFN5 notes on 20 May 2014 would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by GE Capital Credit Card Master Note Trust.
