London, 24 October 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the amendments to the capital structure of Phoenix Funding 2 Limited ("Phoenix 2"), Phoenix Funding 3 Limited ("Phoenix 3") and Phoenix Funding 4 Limited ("Phoenix 4") will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the issued notes (the "Notes").
