Buenos Aires City, March 05, 2014 -- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo has confirmed the B1 global local currency and Aa3.ar Argentine national scale insurance financial strength (IFS) ratings of Royal and Sun Alliance Seguros (Argentina) S.A. ("RSA Argentina") with a negative outlook. This rating action concludes a review process initiated on December 20, 2013, and follows Moody's confirmation on February 28, 2014 of the long-term ratings of RSA Insurance Group Plc ("RSA Group").
