New York, September 22, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service said that the announced notification from Petrobras regarding the early termination of contracts for three of Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Limited's non-Brazilian flag platform supply vessels ("PSVs") is a credit negative event but does not currently impact the company's ratings including its Caa1 corporate family rating ("CFR"), SGL-4 speculative grade liquidity rating nor negative outlook.
