London, 25 November 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed the Ba3 long-term debt and deposit ratings of Zenit Bank and changed the outlook to negative from stable. The standalone bank financial strength rating (BFSR) of D-, corresponding to a standalone baseline credit assessment (BCA) of ba3, was also affirmed and the outlook on the BFSR was also changed to negative from stable. Concurrently, Moody's affirmed the bank's Not-Prime short-term deposit ratings.
