BRF: Public Ethics Commission Clears Parente To Lead The Company
(RTTNews) - Brazil's Public Ethics Commission concluded that there was no conflict of interest in the immediate exercise of the position of BRF's global CEO by Pedro Pullen Parente, according to a statement sent by the company to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He should take office on Monday.
"On the same date, Mr. Lorival Nogueira Luz Junior will take over the post of CEO of Global Operations, accumulating the positions of Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations," BRF said in the document.
