With respect to the AllianceBernstein National Municipal Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.04581, which represents a decrease of $0.00624 from the $0.05205 per share previously paid by the Fund. With respect to the Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.04208, which represents a decrease of $0.00516 from the $0.04724 per share previously paid by the Fund. The decrease is intended to align the Funds monthly distributions with their current and projected earnings power.
