ARKEMA FILES ITS 2014 REFERENCE DOCUMENT

Arkema (Paris:AKE) announces that it released its 2014 Reference document, filed with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 30 March 2015 with visa number D.15-0231.

This document is available under the heading Investor Relations in section Annual reports of the Group’s website under the following link: www.finance.arkema.com.

Among others, the following documents are included in the 2014 Reference document:

- the 2014 annual financial report,

- the management report of the Board of Directors,

- the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and organizing the Board of Directors’ activities and the internal control and risk management procedures as well as the statutory auditors’ report in accordance with article L.225-235 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) on said Chairman’s report,

- the details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors, and

- the agenda and the draft resolutions proposed to the Combined Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2015, among which the elements of compensation due or allocated for 2014 to each of the Company’s executive officers submitted to shareholders’ opinion.
