AS LHV Group started preparations of a bond program

AS LHV Group has started the preparations of a bond program. Under the bond program and in the course of several issues it is planned to issue subordinated bonds in the total volume of 45 million euro and with the redemption term of 10 years with the issuer having pre-mature redemption right after 5 years. According to the current plans, the bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange. The terms and time schedule of the bond program and the first issue of bonds are in the process of being prepared but it is estimated to reach listing and trading with the new bonds within the current calendar year.
