Bottomline Drives Down Cost of Document Process Automation With Next-Generation Solution
Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY) a leading provider of collaborative payment, invoice and document automation solutions, today announced the launch of Transform, the company’s next-generation solution for automating transactional document processing.
Bottomline has a rich heritage of delivering solutions which streamline paper-intensive processes, reduce costs and leverage existing investments in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. With the release of Transform, the company has created an enterprise-class solution for managing all aspects of inbound and outbound document processing, regardless of format.
"Transform extends our existing capabilities with enterprise application controls, while ensuring the integrity of our current offerings,” said Rick Bell, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Bottomline Technologies. "For our existing customers, this means they will be able to extend their investment in Bottomline through a transition path designed to allow them to quickly take advantage of the functionality now available in the new Transform solution.”
"One of the biggest advantages Transform offers to our clients is the ability to create a holistic view into all aspects of the document lifecycle,” said Fabian Klose, Managing Director of Steltix Germany, a Bottomline Gold Partner and Transform beta program participant. "Regardless of our clients’ ERP system, this is a solution they will be able to leverage to establish user-friendly processes that dramatically reduce the costs associated with business-critical transactional documents.”
"Transform brings together Bottomline’s best-in-class functionality, improved flexibility and scalability to allow companies to leverage existing IT investments, while driving new levels of efficiency and value across the enterprise,” said Nigel Savory, Managing Director for Bottomline Technologies Europe. "Streamlining transactional document processing reduces costs, improves controls and supports business growth.”
Transform, Bottomline’s go-forward solution for future development and innovation in document process automation, enables business users to quickly and easily adapt documents and related processes as requirements evolve. Encompassing the entire document lifecycle, including inbound capture, workflow, composition, delivery and storage, this scalable solution gives organizations the option of deploying individual modules or leveraging the solution’s entire capabilities throughout the business. Designed to function on a stand-alone basis or to integrate with other Bottomline offerings, Transform represents an evolutionary step forward for document process automation.
