Congressman Fattah Statement on Cygnus Spacecraft Launch

WASHINGTON, Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA-02) the senior Democrat on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and related agencies, which includes NASA, released the following statement regarding today's launch of the Cygnus spacecraft to the International Space Station:
