CRH Acquires 51% Interest In Anesthesia Practice In North Carolina

(RTTNews) - CRH Medical Corp. (CRH.TO, CRHM) announced it has acquired a 51% interest in a gastroenterology anesthesia practice in Raleigh, North Carolina which provides anesthesia services to three ambulatory surgical centers in North Carolina. The company said its fifth acquisition in the current year brings it closer to achieving anesthesia expansion objectives for 2017.

CRH Medical also provided an outlook for the three months ending September 30, 2017. For the third-quarter, total revenue is expected to be approximately $22.7 million. Adjusted operating EBITDA attributable to shareholders is estimated to be approximately $7.3 million.
