Ctrip.com Q2 Net Income Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (CTRP), a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China, reported second quarter net income attributable to shareholders of RMB 143 million compared to RMB 135 million, last year. Earnings per ADS were RMB 0.90 compared to RMB 0.88.

Excluding share-based compensation charges, net income attributable to shareholders was RMB 296 million or RMB 1.86 per ADS, for the second quarter of 2015.

Net revenues were RMB 2.53 billion for the second quarter of 2015, up 47% year-on-year.

For the third quarter of 2015, the company expects to continue the net revenue growth year-on-year at a rate of approximately 45-50%.
