304,404 voting rights (4.24%) are attributed to the company pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are thereby held through the following companies controlled by it that each hold 3 percent or more of the voting rights in euromicron AG: Consortia Trustees Limited, Altitude Investments Ltd., Altitude Holdings S.à r.l., Sapinda Holding B.V.
