Proposal for dividend at annual general meeting of ENR Russia Invest on 29 June 2015

The board of directors of ENR Russia Invest SA has received a request from its majority shareholder relating to the payment of a dividend of CHF 29'950'941 (gross dividend before taxes of CHF 11.50 per share).

This proposal will be submitted to shareholders for consideration at the company's Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 29 June 2015.
