Entellus Medical Promotes Robert White As CEO; Lifts Q1 Sales Guidance

(RTTNews) - Entellus Medical Inc (ENTL) on Thursday said it has promoted Robert White, its president and chief operating officer, to president and chief executive officer and a member of the board, effective immediately.

Brian Farley, the company's current chairman and CEO, has transitioned to executive chairman of the board and part-time employment with the company, Entellus said.

White has extensive insight into the sinus surgery and balloon sinus dilation markets and Entellus would seek to leverage his experience to propel growth, said Farley.

Farley will remain an active contributor to Entellus, while able to spend more time his family, the company said. .

White joined Entellus in November 2014 as president and COO. From January 2010 to March 2014, White served as president and CEO of TYRX Inc which was sold to Medtronic Inc.

Also today, Entelus said it now expects first-quarter revenue of $13.4 to $13.5 million, up from prior guidance of $12.9 million to $13.4 million.
