Zug/Switzerland April 18, 2017 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic monitoring services in the digital health market, announces that Jinsheng Dong has informed the company that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the next annual general meeting to be held on April 26, 2017. The Board of Directors is considering suitable candidates and will inform if and when appropriate.
