In accordance with Article 241-4 of the AMF’s Règlement Général and in line with the share buyback program approved by shareholders at their Annual Meeting of May 16, 2013, Essilor International hereby announces that the following share buybacks were conducted between May 20, 2013 and May 24, 2013:
