Filing of the Teleperformance 2012 Registration Document Including the 2012 Financial Report

Teleperformance (Paris:RCF) announces that it filed the 2012 Registration Document (Document de référence) with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on February 28^th, 2013 under the number D.13-0091.

The 2012 Registration document includes:

• The 2012 financial report
• The report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and organizing the Board’s activities and the internal control procedures
• Details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors
• The description of the share repurchase program

The French-language Registration document is available on the web site of the AMF and on the web site of Teleperformance at the following address: www.teleperformance.com under the section "Investor Relations / Documentation / Financial Reports".

The English translation of the Registration document will be made available on the company’s website on March, 8th 2013 at the latest.
