G&K Services Expands CEO Douglas Milroy's Role To Chairman - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Branded uniform and facility service programs provider G&K Services, Inc (GK) Monday announced that Douglas Milroy, the company's Chief Executive Officer, has also been appointed Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Milroy has served as a member of the Board since 2009. He will succeed Lenny Pippin, who has served as Chairman since 2009. Pippin will become the Board's independent Lead Director.

In addition, the Board also appointed Ernest Mrozek to the Board's Governance Committee. He has served on G&K's Board since 2005 and is also a member of the Audit Committee.
