Gannett Co. Q4 Income Retreats 35%

(RTTNews) - Gannett Co. (GCI) released a profit for fourth quarter that decreased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its earnings declined to $62.81 million, or $0.53 per share. This was lower than $96.86 million, or $0.84 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 9.7% to $739.34 million. This was down from $818.93 million last year.
