Global Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Company SIA Engineering Company Chooses StepStone Solutions Talent Management
StepStone Solutions, a leading global provider of human capital management solutions, has announced that maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) giant SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) is to implement StepStone Solutions Talent Management. The SIAEC Group provides MRO services to more than 85 international airlines worldwide. StepStone Solutions will help SIAEC retain its world class workforce and plan for future success. Once completed, the solution will cover an initial group of 4,000 non-executive level engineers and technicians in Singapore.
StepStone Solution’s platform will support SIAEC in better planning, managing and evaluating employees’ performance, as well as putting appropriate career development plans in place. This implementation will help SIAEC to move away from manual processes and paperwork to a more dynamic platform with real-time information and user-friendly interface that is scalable to cater to its growing talent pool.

While the previous manual process was tedious and time-consuming, automation has resulted in a user-friendly process that gathers relevant information from different sources for more objective and timely assessments.
